Ran Agile ceremonies, owned the product’s roadmap. Working with the development team on practices for maintaining the highest code standards and navigating release cycles. I was initiating the build of a documentation system that would minimize the developers’ onboarding time and would cut costs for the business.

The gaming industry is fast-paced and things change quite rapidly. Understanding the competition is key. I
had the chance to participate in defining the product’s core features and requirements, by:
- Feature ideation and definition:
Contributed proactively to the development of gaming products that resonated with our target audience. This early hands-on experience in the gaming industry was the foundation of my passion for product management.
- Decision-Making:
Performed SWOT Analysis, bringing the insights to the game design department. This gave me the space to then effectively participate in the decision-making.
- Establising the market position by driving user-centred campaigns:
The better we knew our community, the better we’ve succeeded in building our campaigns. I collaborated with the design team on building and executing the campaigns, as well as documenting their results and analyzing them.

Collaborating with game design, I performed A/B tests of concepts and collected feedback, diving deep into analyzing it, so that valuable insights are easy to comprehend.
